Wendy's Mean, Hope-Giving St. Paddy's Post

It really is mean what I'm about to do. I have this crazy urge because it's St. Patrick's Day. And I know I shouldn't, but UGH. I want to show you the cover for SEE ME's sequel, REMEMBER ME. I had Jennifer Munswami make it for me last year when I started playing around with an idea in my mind for Cass and Rock's story. And then the idea just sort of hit a wall that I couldn't knock down or go around. I still have the loose idea, and really I just need to try and push forward and stop letting the unknown intimidate me. It's a wonder I get any books written, lol!

So, yeah. I'm going to share it. The cover for a book that may or may not get written. But it's such a shame to let Jennifer's gorgeous work sit on my computer, filed away, going to waste. I really do love it. And I feel like each time I put myself out there talking about this story, it's a possible step toward writing it. Also, I'm going to Dublin this summer, HALLELUIA!!! I will be visiting the Leprechaun Museum and praying for inspiration the entire time I'm guzzling Guiness!

Here it is, sweeties. I love you dearly, and I can't thank you enough for your kind, patient pleas to write this book. I hope someday soon I can do just that! Until then, enjoy the pretties...

  4. Jenny M. is a cover designer goddess. Trust me Wendy you are not the only one with a cover for an unfinished manuscript. I have more than one and funny enough one is from Jenny too. Or sad. Either way congrats Wendy the cover is spectacular. At least you're not looking for inspiration with an MG involving a soul sucking Santa. The places my mind goes.

  9. Please please please continue the story! I have reread See Me 26 times and desperately need the continuation. I love all the characters and I need to know what happens next. Please don't give up on it! It is extremely hard for me to find books I can be absorbed in and your book grabbed me and sucked me in. That only happens on rare occasions and makes it very hard for me to read certain books.I tend to read around three books a day and I end up rereading my whole library most days because I run out of books to read. There certainly hasn't been anything new worth buying. You are very talented and I would love to read more of the Mason's sisters story or any more stories similar to it.
